There is something wonderful about eating dinner at a white linen table, under a barn roof in the cool autumn air.
Once again this year I had honor of eating at, and taking pictures for the great people at Spice of Life Catering Company and one of their Plated Landscapes dinner events. I think this makes a half dozen dinners that I have worked with them. It’s getting to the point that I’m losing count and gaining weight. 😉 With some many of these under my belt I was trying to think of some way to do it different this year. Focus just on the food? Focus just on the people? Hard to decide. Especially because the food and the people are Spice are so hard to separate. They live this job – the menu is part of them. I think it would be impossible to have one without the other. So instead, I just sat back and let the food and people tell the story of the evening.
