I met John, Noreen and their children for a family portrait session late last fall, just around Thanksgiving. We took advantage of the warm weather Ohio was still fortunate enough to be having and worked around an old farm near their home for some fantastic outdoor shots.
Heather and Anthony's wedding took place several weeks ago on a beautiful fall day. The ceremony was held at Mentor United Methodist Church . After the ceremony there was a short trip to Squire's Castle for some fun portraits before heading the Fowler's Mill to let the party get started! Family and friends danced all night long ...
Sommer in a Field
Sommer in a field. How about that? A couple months ago I met up with Sommer in field to take her High School Senior Portraits. We met on a warm Autumn evening and strolled through a place that has been one of my favorite locations the past few years. It's changed a bit, the location, but it's still a great spot. We made some f ...
Class of 2016 Senior Baseball Player
Adam is a Class of 2016 Senior Baseball Player from Lake Catholic High school. We started his portrait session at a local park and then headed to Lake Catholic for some shot on the baseball field. We had a great night and some fantastic light to work with. I think his pictures turned out great.
Fall Maternity Session
I met up with Emily and Matt for a wonderful fall maternity session several weeks back. We made the most of a new spot I've found and took a nice walk through the woods to a fantastic open field of tall grasses and wildflowers.
Can't wait to meet their baby later this year!
Family at Mentor Headlands
Renee, Eric and their adorable little girl are back just a few weeks after I posted about their awesome wedding! Since they came back to Columbus from Boston for their wedding, they thought it would be a great idea to get a family portrait done while they were here. I met them not even a week after their wedding to take these bea ...
Danielle has been the hero of our household this summer. She was there everyday to make to help with Carter and Paige - getting them to camps, to practices, and making sure they ate lunch. I'm probably leaving a few things out!
But this post really isn't about Danielle. It's about testing out a new camera system. For years I'v ...
Jake – Mentor Class of 2014
Taking pictures of Jake was almost like taking pictures of family. Mostly because I have taken pictures of his family - almost more than my own. His family, his mom, his sister, and his little sister and brother have all spent time in front of my lens and every time it is nothing but fun. I met Jake on a pretty chilly morning at ...
Agata – Beautiful
Agata and I have worked together three times now. She's an actress and model located here in Cleveland and every couple of months we seem to get in contact with each other to discuss some new idea, outfit, location and/or gear. This time around we ventured out of the studio and into the woods.
Cody – Mentor Class of 2014
It's been a few years since I first met Cody. I did portraits for his family a few years back. I have to honestly say I was surprised when his mom got in touch about Senior Portraits because I really didn't think he enough time had passed that he was just about to be done with high school. I guess that means I've been doing thi ...
Elizabeth & Matt – A Wedding at St. Mary of the Assumption
Elizabeth and Matt had picture perfect wedding day in Mentor, Ohio. I met Liz and the girls as they were finishing up hair and make-up. The bride and her ladies looked beautiful as we made the short trip to the church for an afternoon ceremony. Matt and his men were there when we arrived. The last minute details were taken car ...
Back to School Senior Portrait Special!
Hard to believe I'm talking back to school already, but I swear I saw a commercial for #2 pencils on TV just the other night so I know I'm not the first person to do it this year!
To get ready for the school year, I'm running a special on any high school senior portrait session booked between now and August 27th - my kid's first ...
Bailey – Just for Fun!
I recently picked up some new gear and wanted to put it through the paces just so I could get a little familiar with it before using out in the real world on the job. Instead of chasing my kids around - because they are sick of me doing that - I reached out through social media for a model. Bailey answered the call.
We met out ...
Jensen, Brayden and Ty
I'm watching it snow while I do this post. Hard to believe this session took place just about two weeks ago at Mentor Headlands it was a shorts and t-shirt kind of day.
These are three great kids and we had a lot of fun running in the sand and skipping stones in the lake.
