Ryan is a model and actor here in the Cleveland area. We connected after I put out a social media post looking for somebody to be interesting while I messed around with an old 4×5 camera and some expired film. There were no promises – old film, old chemistry and trusting me to develop it all in bathroom tub. Really, that’s the darkroom.
I didn’t shoot all on film. Just to play it safe, after spending 45 minutes taking 10 film shots, I spent another 15 or so shooting some digital frames. Everything in this post that’s is black and white was shot on film. Everything else was digital.
